We collect your name, email, and password when you sign up. As you work, we save your test scores, answers, uploads, messages, and progress.
Stripe handles your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to run your account, grade your work, answer your messages, and send course notices like "You have new messages."
We also look at overall trends, such as which lessons trip people up, to improve the course.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers.

Course notices are part of the service. You can turn off the daily reminder in your settings, and any marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link.
We keep your account while it's active and for 2 years after your last login, so you can come back and download your certificate. Ask us any time and we'll delete it sooner.
We may keep payment records longer when tax law requires.
You can ask to see, fix, download, or delete your information. Email ella@michiganannex.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use password protection and secure connections. No system is perfect, and we'll notify you if a breach affects your information.
The portal is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
